Capilano Edmonton Real Estate

The Capilano Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been very strong and has consistently been over $310/ square foot.  Capilano has started 2012 with a dip in the selling price per square foot, but this is based on only 4 sales so far this year, and there was a larger two story that sold and brought the sold price per square foot lower.  I don't expect the decline in the selling price per square foot to continue in this popular neighbourhood.  In 2012, the highest sale price in Capilano was $674,000 and the average time to sell a home in Capilano has been 56 days.  Last year, the highest sale price for a home in Capilano was $760,000.  The average time to sell a home in Capilano last year was pretty quick, 32 days.
