Baturyn Edmonton Real Estate The Baturyn Edmonton home sale price per square foot has moved back over $270 in this most recent quarter. Other than a couple of quarters in the last 4 years, Baturyn tends to sell pretty close to the Edmonton average sold price per square foot. On average Baturyn is selling about $15 per square foot below the Edmonton average. In fact, in the last half of 2012 Fulton Place is now selling for more than what it has ever in the last 4 years.
