The Fulton Place home sale price per square foot has really moved up since the third quarter of 2011. In fact, in the last half of 2012 Fulton Place is now selling for more than what it has ever in the last 4 years. Fulton Place traditionally has been selling around $300 per square foot, but recently that has moved up closer to $325 per square foot. I don't find this strength in Fulton Place too surprising, the proximity to the river, downtown and a ravine plus being next door to Capilano pulls this area's prices upwards. The highest sale price in 2012 for a house in Fulton Place so far is $456,500. The most affordable home sold this year in Fulton Place was $279,500. The average time to sell a home in Fulton Place so far in 2012 has been a brisk 26 days. That is roughly twice as fast as the Edmonton average days on market of 46 days for single family detached homes.
