The Sakaw Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has had a couple of quarters of lower values.  Sakaw goes through an interesting pattern where the selling price per square foot has dropped quite a bit in the last quarter of each year.  It is common for the prices to dip a little in the fall/winter, but it is unusual for the dips to be as severe as they are in Sakaw.  I expect Sakaw to recover again as we enter the spring market in 2012.  The highest sale price in Sakaw so far in 2012 is $322,500.  The average time to sell a home in 2012 in Sakaw has been 72 days.  This is longer than the Edmonton average in 2012 of 52 days.  The highest sale price in Sakaw last year was $418,000.
