The Oxford Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot really jumped higher in 2012.  There have been only 2 sales so far this year, but one of them was a raised bungalow that sold for over $600,000.  This one sale really has increased the average.  I expect the average to slip back to the $230 range in the next quarter.  The highest sale price in Oxford in 2012 was $610,000.  The average time to sell a home in Oxford in 2012 has been 42 days.  That is faster than the Edmonton average days on market of 52 days.  The highest sale price last year in Oxford was $635,000.
