The Inglewood Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has dipped a little in the first quarter of 2012. When you look at the individual home sales in 2012 in Inglewood, the dip is explained by a couple of large bungalows that sold.  The large homes tend to sell lower per square foot and bring the average selling price per square foot down.  The highest sale price for a home in Inglewood in 2012 so far is $455,000.  The average time to sell a home in Inglewood is quite fast at 28 days.
