The Evansdale Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has gotten off to a weaker start in 2012.  This lower sale price per square foot in Evansdale is mainly due to a higher percentage of 2 story style homes selling this year.  The 2 story homes tend to sell for less money per square foot than the bungalows and bilevels.  I expect to see Evansdale move back into that $250-$270 sale price per square foot range that it has been in for 2011.  The highest sale price so far in 2012 in Evansdale was $420,000.  Last year in Evansdale, the highest sale price was only $345,000.  The average time to sell a home in Evansdale in 2012 has been 29 days.  This is much faster than the Edmonton days on market average in 2012 of 52 days.
