Brintnell Edmonton Real Estate

The Brintnell Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has started to move closer to the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  Back in 2009, Brintnell tended to be $30 less per square foot than Edmonton, in the last 2 years Brintnell now is $20 per square foot less than the Edmonton average.  The Brintnell neighbourhood does have a high percentage of two story style homes selling, 75% of the sales last year in Brintnell were two story style homes.  That is part of the reason that this newer area sells less on a per square foot basis.  The highest sale price for a home in Brintnell so far in 2012 has been $514,000, in 2011 the highest sale price in Brintnell was only $496,5000.  So, we have already exceeded last year's highest selling price in Brintnell in only 3 months of 2012.  The average time to sell a home in Brintnell has only been 36 days, much faster than the Edmonton days on market in 2012 of 51 days.
