The Rutherford Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has slipped under $240 the last 2 quarters.  When I look closer at the sales in Rutherford this year, I noticed that there are a lower number of homes sold with basement development.  That explains the drop in the selling price per square foot.  The highest sale price for 2012 in Rutherford has been $640,000.  In 2011, the highest sale price for a home in Rutherford was $839,000.  The average time to sell a house in Rutherford this year has been 60 days, just a little longer than the Edmonton average days on market in 2012 of 51.
