The Pollard Meadows Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been a lot softer than the Edmonton average the last 3 quarters. Pollard Meadows as a general rule has been fairly close to the Edmonton average selling price per square foot prior to these last 3 quarters.  Why the drop?  I had a look at the percentage of two story's and split level homes that sold in Pollard Meadows, and they made up a greater proportion of the sales these past 3 quarters.  These style of homes tend to skew the average lower and explains the dip in the sold price per square foot over this time period.  The highest sale price for a home in Pollard Meadows this year has been $360,000.  The average time to sell a home in Pollard Meadows has been 59 days, the Edmonton average days on market is a bit faster at 51.
