The York Edmonton Real Estate average sale price per square foot has jumped above the Edmonton average selling price per square foot in 2012.  York traditionally has been lower than the Edmonton average sold price per square foot over the last 3 quarters, but this has reversed so far in 2012.  This should be taken with a grain of salt, as there has only been one sale in York this year and that is an extremely small sample size.  The average time to sell a home in York this year has been 65 days, that is a little longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 50 in the first quarter of 2012.
