The MacTaggart Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has gotten off to a weaker start in 2012.  MacTaggart's average selling price per square foot is on pace for two consecutive quarters where the average is at or below the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  MacTaggart is a very strong market in the upper price ranges, and I expect MacTaggart to recover as we move further into 2012.  The highest sale price for a house in MacTaggart in 2012 has been $910,000.  The average sale price in MacTaggart in 2012 so far has been $796,001.  The average time to sell a home in MacTaggart in 2012 has been 59 days.  That is a little slower than the Edmonton average days on market in 2012 of 47 days.
