Pleasantview Edmonton Real Estate

The Pleasantview Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been softer the last few quarters.  Pleasantview was selling in the $330 per square foot range for most of 2011, but now has slipped down to the $300/sq ft range in 2012.  The average time to sell a home in Pleasantview is also a little sluggish at 76 days on market.  That is quite a bit longer than the Edmonton average of 46 days on market year to date.  The average sale price for a house in Pleasantview in 2012 has been $407,208 and the highest sale price for a home in Pleasantview has been $815,000.  I don't expect Pleasantview to continue to soften, it is still a very desirable area with large lots and a convenient location on the south side.
