The Kensington Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot continues to outperform the Edmonton average selling price per square foot for the 4th consecutive quarter.  I believe that this will continue for Kensington.  The 127 street interchange with Anthony Henday is helping take alot of traffic stress off the 127 street area north of the Yellowhead freeway.  The highest sale price for a house in Kensington in 2012 has been $327,500.  The average time to sell a home in Kensington year to date has been 53 days.  That is a little longer than the Edmonton average of 45 days so far in 2012.
