Oleskiw Edmonton Real Estate

The Oleskiw Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has bounced back from the weaker start to the year.  Currently, Oleskiw is roughly $10 per square foot lower than the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  I don't expect this to continue, as Oleskiw historically is equally above and below the Edmonton average.  We are likely due for another quarter of Oleskiw exceeding the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  The highest sale price for a house in Oleskiw this year has been $935,000.  The average time to sell a home in Oleskiw in 2012 has been 50 days.  That is a little longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 45, although this is to be expected as the average sale price in Oleskiw is much higher ($618,285) than the Edmonton average (approximately $400,000) for a single family detached home.  Higher priced homes do tend to take longer to sell due to the fact that they there is a smaller segment of buyers as you move up in price.
