The Charlesworth Ellerslie Heights real estate average sale price per square foot continues to trade in the $220 to $240 range.  It has been rangebound in these numbers for the last year and a half.  Prior to that, Charlesworth / Ellerslie Heights did have one quarter where it jumped up to the Edmonton average selling price per square foot. I'm not too sure what is holding Charlesworth / Ellerslie Heights back,  the neighbourhood does have a good mixture of attached garage and detached garage homes which does give options to buyers.  I recently sold a home in Charlesworth and we did receive a good amount of showings and I did sell the home in 52 days.  The overall average time to sell a home in Charlesworth / Ellerslie Heights has been a little sluggish at 58 days so far this year.  That is quite a bit slower than the Edmonton average days on market of 45.  The highest sale price for a house in Charlesworth / Ellerslie Heights in 2012 has been $452,000.
