Greenview Edmonton Real Estate

The Greenview Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has had a weaker start in 2012.  Greenview has not maintained the $240 selling price per square foot range from 2011.  Greenview has been selling in a similar range to early 2009 sale price per square foot numbers.  The reason for this drop in Greenview is that there has been a higher proportion of split level and two story style homes sell in Greenview this year versus last year.  Over half the sales in Greenview last year were bungalow or bilevel homes (these style of homes sell for higher per square foot), in 2012 Greenview has seen less than 40% of the sales of that style of home.  The highest sale price for a home in Greenview this year has been $445,000.  For comparison, the highest sale price for a house in Millwoods in 2012 has been $610,101. The average time to sell a house in Greenview has been 43 days.  That is really close to the Millwoods average days on market year to date of 41 days, and the Edmonton average days on market is 45 in 2012.
