Elmwood Edmonton Real Estate

The Elmwood Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot continues to sell higher than the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  Elmwood managed to sell for more than $300 per square foot again in the first quarter of this year, the last time Elmwood did this was in 2011 and that was also in the first quarter.  Other than the 4th quarter of 2011, Elmwood has tended to sell for much more than the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  In this quarter, Elmwood is still higher than the Edmonton average, but only by roughly $10 per square foot.  I expect Elmwood to have a strong finish to the year and the spread between the Edmonton average and Elmwood to grow.  The highest sale price for a home in Elmwood year to date has been $390,000.  The average time to sell a home in Elmwood in 2012 has been 38 days.  That is quicker than the Edmonton average days on market year to date of 45.
