Mcleod Edmonton Real Estate

The Mcleod Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has moved within a couple dollars per square foot of the Edmonton average in the most recent quarter.  Mcleod has now had a few strong quarters since the end of 2011 where Mcleod is getting much closer to the overall Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  The highest sale price for a house in Mcleod this year has been $443,500.  The average time to sell a home in Mcleod in 2012 has been 38 days. That is quicker than the Edmonton average days on market so far this year of 45 days.
