The Satoo home sale price per square foot popped above the Edmonton average selling price per square foot at the end of 2012.  That is the first time since 2009 that Satoo has exceeded the Edmonton sold price per square foot.  Satoo has generally been selling in the $240 to $250 per square foot range over the last few quarters.  The highest sale price for a single family house in Satoo in 2012 was $380,000.  The most affordable home sold for $235,000 in Satoo last year.  Comparing that to Millwoods, the highest sale price in the entire Millwoods area in 2012 was $659,000 and the most affordable home in Millwoods sold for $192,000.  The average time to sell a house in Satoo in the last 90 days has been 47 days.  That is faster than the Millwoods average days on market of 58.
