Killarney Home Sale Prices

The Killarney home sale price per square foot has actually been staying above the Edmonton average selling price per square foot through most of 2012.  In the past, Killarney would move up to the Edmonton average and then quickly bounce back down.  The Killarney area has managed to stay higher than the Edmonton sold price per square foot for a couple consecutive quarters.  So far, in the first quarter of 2013 Killarney has slipped below the Edmonton average.  Given the recent price action I expect Killarney to bounce higher as we move further into the year.  The highest sale price for a home in Killarney in the last 12 months was $348,500.  The average time to sell a home in Killarney in 2013 has been a quick 18 days!
