Lauderdale Home Selling Prices

The Lauderdale home selling price per square foot generally has stayed below the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  Lauderdale has jumped substantially higher in April of 2013, but that is based on only one home sale.  I expect the average to slip closer to Lauderdale's traditional levels.  Interestingly, Lauderdale's strongest quarters are normally at the end of the year (Quarter 4).  The highest sale price for a home in Lauderdale in the last 12 months was $354,500.  Roughly 25% of the homes sold in the last 12 months in Lauderdale were basementless homes.  The average time to sell a home in Lauderdale in 2013 has been 42 days.
