Belvedere Home Sale Prices

The Belvedere home sale price per square foot has been closer to the Edmonton average selling price per square foot since the third quarter of 2012.  In the last quarter of 2012, Belvedere sold for the same value as Edmonton.  It will be interesting to see if Belvedere can keep this strong performance going as we move further into 2013, lthough as can be seen below the days on market is slower in Belvedere than the market average. The highest sale price for a home in Belvedere in the last 12 months was $329,000.  The average time to sell a home in Belvedere in 2013 has been 56 days.  The days on market average for Edmonton in 2013 is 46 days.
