The home sales near the University of Alberta have always been strong.  The average days on market for the neighbourhoods that are close to the University of Alberta sits at 35 days so far in 2013.  The average days on market for Edmonton is at 46 days in 2013.  Looking at individual neighourhoods the days on market in 2013, the numbers are consistently low:

• Queen Alexandra average days on market is 30 days.
• McKernan average days on market is 27 days. 
• Strathcona average days on market is 61 days.
