Mcleod Home Sale Prices

The Mcleod home sale price per square foot has gradually been strengthening since the 2nd quarter of 2010.  Mcleod is now selling higher than the Edmonton average sold price per square foot so far in April/May.  It will be interesting to see if Mcleod continues to sell higher than the Edmonton average, as Mcleod did in 2009.   The highest sale price for a home in Mcleod in the last 12 months was $443,500.  The average time to sell a house in Mcleod so far in 2013 has been 27 days.  The Edmonton average days on market this year has been 44 days.
