Queen Mary Park Home Sale Prices

The Queen Mary Park home sale price per square foot has still not recovered fully from the weakness over the last few years.  Queen Mary Park and the Prince Rupert neighbourhoods are near the Edmonton Municipal Airport redevelopment area, but the prices have not risen back to 2009 levels.  It remains to be seen how the redevelopment of the old airport lands will impact this neighbourhood.  I expect it to be a positive development for Queen Mary Park, but the stats aren't showing it as of yet.  Queen Mary Park is currently selling for $40 to $60 per square foot lower than the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  The highest sale price for a home in Queen Mary Park in the last 12 months has been $449,000.  The average time to sell a house in Queen Mary Park in 2013 has been quicker at 31 days.
