Bellevue Home Sale Prices

The Bellevue home sale price per square foot has moved up above $300 per square foot so far in April / May of 2013.  The general trendline has been up for Bellevue for the last few years.  The Bellevue neighourhood is another "shoulder" area in Edmonton that borders a more expensive neighbourhood named Highlands.  Homes in the Highlands sell for more than Bellevue, but the gap is getting smaller.  Part of Bellevue borders the North Saskatchewan River and the area south of 112 avenue has property values that are substantially higher than the rest of the neighbourhood.  The highest sale price for a house in Bellevue in the last 12 months was $645,000 and it was located south of 112 avenue.  The average time to sell a home in Bellevue in 2013 has been 47 days, very close to the Edmonton average days on market of 44.
