Lendrum Place Home Sale Prices

The Lendrum Place home sale price per square foot has slipped under the Edmonton average selling price per square foot this quarter.  I don't expect this pattern to continue, as Lendrum Place normally sells well above the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  Lendrum Place has been selling over $330 per square foot for quite a few quarters recently.  The Lendrum Place neighbourhood continues to be popular, great access to Whitemud Freeway, Southgate Centre Mall and LRT access at Southgate Centre.  The highest sale price for a house in Lendrum Place in the last 12 months was $565,000.  The average days to sell a home in Lendrum Place so far in 2013 has been 26 days.  That is almost twice as fast as the Edmonton average days on market of 43.
