Brintnell Home Sale Prices

The Brintnell home sale price per square foot is moving closer and closer to the Edmonton average selling price per square foot in 2013.  In the past, Brintnell has sold $30 or $40 less than the Edmonton sold price per square foot, but that gap is rapidly getting smaller and is now in the $10 per square foot range.  Brintnell has also seen the selling price per square foot move upwards since 2009, just like Edmonton.  The only difference being, Brintnell is following a steeper rate of increase.  The highest sale price for a home in Brintnell in the last 12 months was $493,000.  The average time to sell a house in Brintnell in 2013 has been 46 days.  That is a only a couple days longer than the Edmonton average days on market in 2013.
