The Parkview / Valleyview home sale price per square foot continues to roar higher.  Looking back to the beginning of 2009, Parkview has increased by 36% on a selling price per square foot basis.  In that same time frame, Edmonton has increased by 13%.  The Parkview area continues to be in high demand.  The highest sale price for a home in Parkview in the last 12 months was in the Valleyview area of Parkview and it sold for $1,550,000.  The average time to sell a home in Parkview in 2013 has been 45 days.  That is very close to the Edmonton average days on market.  It is also impressive considering the average selling price in Parkview is approaching $700,000.  Higher priced homes are normally on the market longer than average, not in Parkview!
