Montrose Home Sale Prices

The Montrose home sale price per square foot has been softer in Montrose since the last quarter of 2011.  Currently, Montrose is selling for $227 per square foot which is roughly $50 off the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  In previous years, Montrose has sold approximately $20 per square foot off the Edmonton average.  Montrose normally has stronger 3rd quarters, so we will see if that brings the average up in 2013.   The highest selling price for a house in Montrose in the last 12 months was $342,000.  The average time to sell a home in Montrose in 2013 has been slower at 66 days.  That is longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 42 in 2013.
