Forest Heights Home Sale Prices

The Forest Heights home sale price per square foot has stayed over $300 per square foot for the last year.  Forest Heights has had quite a few homes sell along Rowland Road in the last 12 months, these homes have been selling in the $550,000 plus range.  The highest sale price for a house in Forest Heights in the last 12 months was for $650,000.  The average time to sell a home in Forest Heights in 2013 has been 21 days.  That is exactly twice as fast as the Edmonton average days on market of 42 days.
