MacEwan Home Sale Prices

The MacEwan home sale price per square foot started 2013 stronger, but has faded a little in April and May of 2013.  MacEwan has moved to within $10 to $15 per square foot of the Edmonton average selling price per square foot in the past, but is currently sitting $30 off the Edmonton average.  This situation should change, MacEwan is popular with families, has good access to the LRT and the newer schools in Rutherford are not too far away.  The highest selling price for a home in MacEwan in the last 12 months was $495,000. The average time to sell a home in MacEwan in 2013 has been 61 days.  That is a little sluggish in relation to the Edmonton average days on market of 42 days this year.
