Lymburn Home Sale Prices

The Lymburn home sale price per square foot had a really strong start to 2013, and was selling for $304 per square foot.  So far in June, Lymburn has floated back to the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  Traditionally Lymburn sells for more than the Edmonton average, and I expect that to continue.  The Lymburn area has a good percentage of starter homes and has 2 Elementary schools in the neighbourhood, Lymburn Elementary and Saint Martha Catholic.  The highest selling price for a house in Lymburn in 2013 has been $385,500.  The average time to sell a home in Lymburn this year has been 29 days.  That is much faster than the Edmonton average days on market in 2013 of 42 days.
