Inglewood Home Sale Prices

The Inglewood Home Sale price per square foot has been very strong in June of 2013.  Inglewood is currently selling for $317 per square foot, and has been moving higher since the last quarter of 2012.  This is now the third quarter in a row since the Inglewood area has been selling in the $300 per square foot range. Inglewood could be seeing the benefit of the future Municipal Airport redevelopment.  Inglewood does tend to sell for more than the Edmonton average sold price per square foot, but recently Inglewood is really doing well.  The highest selling price for a home in Inglewood in 2013 has been $420,000.  The average time to sell a house in Inglewood has been fast at 27 days.  That is quicker than the Edmonton average days on market in 2013 of 42.
