Mayfield Home Sale Prices

The Mayfield home sale price per square foot has been up above the Edmonton average selling price per square foot up until June of 2013.  Mayfield was jumping up to the $300 range for a couple quarters, but has since slipped to $240 per square foot.  As has been mentioned in other posts, Mayfield has a higher than normal percentage of basementless homes.  This style of home sells for much less per square foot and can therefore skew the average lower.  The highest selling price for a house in Mayfield so far in 2013 has been $400,000.  The average time to sell a home in Mayfield this year has been 36 days.
