The MacTaggart Edmonton home sale price per square foot has gotten off to a strong start in 2013 and into June.  MacTaggart managed to sell well over $300 per square foot in the first quarter, and that was due to some high priced sales averaging $1.3 Million.  The MacTaggart and MaGrath areas tend to be some of the strongest areas for prices for newer subdivisions in Edmonton.  The highest sale price for a home in MacTaggart in 2013 was $1,900,000.  The average time to sell a home in MacTaggart in 2013 has been a very fast 26 days.  That is very impressive considering the high average selling price for the MacTaggart area, homes in this price range normally take longer than the Edmonton average days on market which is currently at 42 in 2013.
