Top Edmonton Neighbourhoods 2013

The Top Edmonton Neighbourhoods so far in 2013 based on average time to sell or days on market are in different areas of the city.  I looked at neighbourhoods in Edmonton that had at least 10 sales or more so far in 2013.  The Edmonton average days on market in 2013 has been 42 days for single family detached homes.  The top 5 neighbouroods are:

5) Blue Quill 22.9 Days on Market

4) Beverly Heights 22.8 Days on Market

3) Evansdale 21.7 Days on Market

2) Parkallen 19.1 Days on Market

1) Athlone 19 Days on Market

I find it interesting that the fastest selling neighbourhoods are scattered around the city.  Beverly Heights and Evansdale are in the Northeast section of Edmonton.  While Parkallen is near the University of Alberta and Blue Quill is in the southwest area.  Athlone is really interesting as it is in the Northwest and has a really mixture of different ages and styles of homes.  Athlone has a high number of basementless homes, but it also has the newer area called Dunvegan in it's boundaries.
