The Best Edmonton neighbourhoods based on sale price ratio is another measure of a neighbourhoods popularity.  There are currently 7 neighbourhoods in Edmonton (with at least 2 or more sales) in 2013 (January 1 to June 1) that have a selling price that is on average higher than the list price.  Edmonton is currently sitting at 97.72% sale price to list price ratio from January 1, 2013 to June 1, 2013.  The top 7 neighbourhoods are:

7) Rideau Park 100.17% sale price to list price ratio

6) Meyonohk 100.24% sale price to list price ratio

5) Orchards at Ellerslie 100.47% sale price to list price ratio

4) Parkallen 100.52% sale price to list price ratio

3) Bonnie Doon 100.78% sale price to list price ratio

2) Tweddle Place 101.08% sale price to list price ratio

1) Idylwylde 101.41% sale price to list price ratio
