Condos Near the University of Alberta

Condos near the University of Alberta remain in strong demand and prices are much stronger than the Edmonton average.  It amazes me how many condos have been built within easy walking distance to the the U of A just since the year 2000, quite a change from when I attended the U in the early 1990's.  The selling price for a 2 bedroom apartment style condo is 34% higher than the Edmonton average for the same type of condo.   The average selling price per square foot for a condo near the University of Alberta is 18% higher than the Edmonton average. These stats are based on condo sales in the Garneau Neighbourhood.
