Oxford North Oaks Real Estate Sale Prices

The Oxford North Oaks real estate sale price per square foot has moved higher after a slower start to 2013.  In July, Oxford is selling for $262 per square foot, just under the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  2012 saw a couple quarters where Oxford exceeded the Edmonton average sold price per square foot, but so far in 2013 that has not happened.  The highest selling price for a home in Oxford in 2013 has been $598,000.  The average time to sell a home in Oxford this year has been 49 days.  That is a little slower than the Edmonton average days on market of 40 in 2013.
