Queen Alexandra U of A Home Sale Prices

The Queen Alexandra U of A home sale price per square foot has been softer in July and is currently just above the Edmonton average selling price per square foot at $279.  2013 has been stronger for Queen Alexandra, both the first quarter and second quarter were well over $300 per square foot.  The July average in Queen Alexandra is only based on a couple sales, and I expect the average to move higher through the rest of 2013 in this popular University of Alberta area neighbourhood.  The highest selling price for a home in Queen Alexandra this year has been $660,000. The average time to sell a house in Queen Alexandra in 2013 has been 28 days.  That is much faster than the Edmonton average days on market of 43 this year.
