Gold Bar Edmonton Home Sales

The Gold Bar Edmonton home sale price per square foot continues to sell over $300 in September.  Gold Bar is now selling for $323 per square foot, or $50 more than the Edmonton average sold price per square foot. Gold Bar did sell for less than the Edmonton average in 2010, but that was a rarity.  The area is popular due to it's location near the North Saskatchewan River, good access to Henday and Sherwood Park and Capilano is an expensive bordering neighbourhood.  The highest sale price for a home in Gold Bar in 2013 has been $520,000.  The average time to sell a house in Gold Bar in the last 90 days has been 24 days, much quicker than the Edmonton average days on market of 41.
