Best Edmonton Neighbourhoods Based on Time to Sell

The best Edmonton neighbourhoods based on time to sell a home for August 2012 to August 2013 have shifted a little from when I last did these stats in May, visit Edmonton Best neighbourhoods to see those stats. The fastest selling neighbourhoods for single family detached homes and in areas with at least 10 sales include:

1) Cloverdale 21 days
2) Aspen Gardens 23 days
3) Evansdale 23 days
4) Tipaskan 25 days
5) Meadowlark Park 25 days
6) Malmo Plains 27 days
7) Capilano 28 days
8) Holyrood 29 days
9) Westbrook Estates 29 days
10) West Jasper Place 29 days

Cloverdale has managed to move up on the list from before.  Cloverdale was sitting at 2, and has moved into first place.  The average days on market to sell in Cloverdale has improved by 3 days from 24 days on market in May.  Evansdales has also moved up from the 7th position in May.  Meadowlark Park has slipped from it's previous position of number 1 with 24 days, but as you can see it only slipped to a 25 day on market average and moved down the list 4 places.   Malmo Plains has stayed pretty close to it's previous position of number 4 in May.

The top 10 neighbourhoods continue to be spread around the city including central, north side, west end, south central and southeast areas of the city.
