Prince Rupert Edmonton Home Sales

The Prince Rupert Edmonton home sale price per square foot is currently at $269 in September. Prince Rupert has traditionally been moving just under or just above the Edmonton average.  Interestingly, unlike Prince Charles, Prince Rupert is not seeing a jump up in values per square foot.  I was thinking that the increase in Prince Charles was due to the Municipal Airport land redevelopment, but Prince Rupert is not reflecting this.  The highest sale price for a house in Prince Rupert in 2013 has been $420,000.  The average time to sell a home in Prince Rupert in the last 90 days has been 59 days.  That is quite a bit slower than the Edmonton average days on market of 42.
