Grange and Parkland Home Sales

The Grange and Parkland home sale price per square foot has jumped up to $306 in September.  The highest selling price per square foot in the previous 5 years was $278 in the Glastonbury area.  It remains to be seen if the Grange and Parkland can maintain this high level, I expect the price per square foot to come back down closer to the Edmonton average.   The highest sale price for a home in the Grange and Parkland in 2013 has been $727,500.  The average time to sell a house in the Grange and Parkland over the last 90 days has been 29 days.  That is much quicker than the Edmonton average days on market for the same time frame of 43.
