Highlands Home Sales

The Highlands home sale price per square foot has moved up to $301 in September.  The Highlands area has sold in the $300 per square foot range before.  Last quarter the Highlands was selling for $295, so the area has been consistently strong.  The highest selling price for a home in the Highlands in 2013 was for $752,500.  The average time to sell a house in the Highlands over the last 90 days has been 44 days.  That is virtually the same as the Edmonton average days on market of 43.
