The Oliver condo sale price per square foot has moved to $291 in October.  This is based on 2 bedroom or larger, high rise apartment style units in the Oliver neighbourhood.  Oliver has been bouncing above and below $300 per square foot over the last few quarters.  Oliver has still not reached the highs during the boom of $330 per square foot, but has been consistently stronger.  Particularly in relation to the lows of 2011.   The highest sale price for a condo in Oliver in 2013 has been $1,075,000.  The average time to sell a condo (all styles) in Oliver in the last 90 days has been 62 days.
