Strathcona MLS® home sales

The Strathcona MLS® home sale price per square foot has slipped to $307 in October.  Traditionally, Strathcona sells over $330 but has had a couple of recent weaker quarters.  I expect the average in Strathcona to move upwards as the area remains popular with buyers.  The highest selling price for a home in Strathcona in 2013 has been $1,110,000.  The average time it is taking to sell a house in Strathcona over the previous 90 days has been 39 days.  That is 4 days slower than the Edmonton average days on market of 43.
