The MacTaggart home sale price per square foot continues to be strong and is currently at $303 in October.  MacTaggart started the year really strong and was selling as high as $344 per square foot in the first quarter.  The highest sale price for a home in MacTaggart in 2013 has been $1,900,000.  The average selling price for homes in MacTaggart so far this year has been $940,965 or more than double the Edmonton average!  The average time it has taken to sell a house in MacTaggart in the last 90 days has been 102 days.  That is longer than the Edmonton average days on market of 44, but it is to be expected based on the average selling price in MacTaggart approaching a million dollars.  Homes tend to take longer to sell in the upper price ranges.
